Oxygen works practice in three areas of medicine, functional medicine, integrative medicine, and performance medicine

Oxygen works offers a unique approach to wellness. As a functional medicine provider, we look and the root causing the illness rather than merely treating the symptoms. OXYGEN WORKS uses a holistic, patient-centered approach, considering factors such as lifestyle, genetics, and environment. The goal is to address the underlying causes and promote overall well-being rather than just alleviating specific ailments.

Oxygen Works is a patient focused and practices the “whole person” approach to health care. We combine therapies that are both evidence-based and experiential (based on practical, real-world experience). We integrate the best of conventional medicine and traditional medicine.

Oxygen Works is proactive and preventive. We focus on the immediate and actionable strategies to address one's physical, mental, and emotional capabilities every day. We employ a values-centered approach that begins with a discovery process to elucidate deeply held beliefs about your health status, life mission and goals, vision for optimal wellbeing, and motivations for change. We combine evidence-based practices from multiple medical specialties including internal medicine, sports medicine, obesity medicine, integrative medicine, and functional medicine. This is complemented by the most recent scientific advancements in nutrition, exercise physiology, sleep, and recovery.
